MISSION STATEMENT OF AIRPORT ADVOCACY ALLIANCE OF CORVALLIS (3Ac)

The Airport Advocacy Alliance of Corvallis (3Ac) is devoted to promoting the vitality and sustainability of the Corvallis Municipal Airport (KCVO), fostering its growth as a critical and dynamic asset of our community.

Our mission comprises five key pillars:

1. Cultivate Community Engagement

3Ac recognizes the transformative power of community. We aim to ignite passion and support for KCVO within the Corvallis community by orchestrating engaging public activities, crafting educational programs, and fostering awareness of the airport's pivotal role in local economy, commerce, and recreation. Through these endeavors, we aspire to weave a lasting connection between the airport and the community it serves, enriching our city's socio-economic fabric.

2. Promote KCVO as an Attractive Destination for Executive Jet Traffic

We understand the instrumental role that executive jet traffic plays in a thriving airport ecosystem. By spotlighting KCVO as a viable stop for refueling, a delightful leisure destination, or a strategic operational base, we aim to catalyze an influx of business and leisure aviation traffic to our community. We are committed to accentuating the airport's state-of-the-art facilities, exceptional services, and the unmatched customer experience rendered by our Fixed Base Operator (FBO), Corvallis Aero Service.

3. Encourage Airline and Commuter Traffic to the Willamette Valley

Recognizing the untapped potential of our region, we aim to encourage and promote airline and commuter traffic to the Willamette Valley. By showcasing the unique opportunities and rich experiences our region offers, we aim to draw more regional, national, and international travelers. This, in turn, will bolster local economy, enrich our cultural diversity, and strengthen the connections between our community and the wider world.
